In an effort to continue supporting our student-athletes, DAPER would like to provide parents and close family members of our student-athletes the ability to request approval to use Stanford trademarks on merchandise created for personal use bearing your student-athlete’s name. Merchandise could be jerseys, t-shirts, embroidered jackets, or other items.

 

Stanford Trademark and Licensing is generally in support of parents and family being able to create these items to support their student-athletes. Any such merchandise may be approved for personal use as long as the items will not be resold, traded, or otherwise redistributed. To put it simply, if your request is approved by Stanford Trademark and Licensing, the merchandise must be for your personal use only. The merchandise also cannot be used in conjunction with student-athlete NIL activities.
